Market Update


January 2017 Single Family Home Sales -
​Westport home sales were up 20%, compared with last year. Although this marked the strongest January since 2012, final listings took three weeks longer to sell,than a year ago, while cumulative time on the market was up by two months. Median sales price was flat, posting a 1% decline.

2016 Single Family Home Sales -
Westport sales of single-fmily homes continued a sluggish trend, posting a 15% decline in the fourth quarter. The year ended with 4% fewer home sold. Median sold price was flat, during the last three months, but ended off 8%, for the year. 2016 dollar volume was down 16% vs. 2015.
